About Us

Ludlow Youth Football and Cheerleading is a community-based, volunteer-run organization committed to supporting and developing young athletes in Ludlow, Kentucky. We provide children ages 4 to 13 the opportunity to participate in organized football and cheerleading in a safe, positive, and team-focused environment. Our football program starts with a fun and fast-paced flag football division for 4- and 5-year-olds, helping introduce the game’s fundamentals in a non-contact setting. From there, players can progress into our three competitive tackle divisions, designed to match athletes by age and skill level to ensure proper development and fair play. Our cheerleading squads support each football team while building their own skills through regular practices, sideline performances, and optional league-wide competitions. As proud members of the Northern Kentucky Youth Football League (NKYFL), we focus on teaching the fundamentals of the sport, promoting sportsmanship, building confidence, and encouraging lifelong values like discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. We welcome all families, volunteers, and community members to be a part of something special. Whether on the field or the sidelines, Ludlow Youth Football and Cheerleading is all about growing together, playing with heart, and cheering with pride.
